每次見到美美的白切雞就會愛不釋口,

而眼前這盤更是我見過最美的白切雞,

簪了朵藍色小花,美的是如此典雅,

怎不叫人愛不釋手呢?對吧?

說白了,白切雞好不好吃,靠的是滑順嫩口,

夠鹹才會好吃,帶點酒香才會有味,

這可能都跟一開始如何醃製有關。

總之,光美感是不夠的,重點是好吃啦~~
