GULAI IKAN TENGGIRI MASAKAN BULAN PUASA RAMADHAN

Dear Steemians,

Umat Islam yang sedang menjalankan ibadah puasa Ramadhan pasti disibukkan dengan mencari menu makanan yang cocok untuk berbuka puasa dan sahur, maunya setiap hari berbeda menu makanan untuk menambah selera makan. Mulai dari bentuk cimilan sampai makanan berat, banyak yang merasa kebingungan harus masak atau beli makanan apa untuk menu berbuka puasa. Mengingat masyarakat kita yang umumnya berekonomi menengah ke bawah, pastinya makanan tidak usah harus mewah- mewah, yang sifatnya sederhana dan sehat untuk tubuh sudah memenuhi syarat berbuka.
Makanan yang di olah dengan tepat dan sempurna pasti akan menggugah selera. Bisa saja menu
dalam olahan tumisan, ikan dan yang sesuai selera sudah tentu menjadi
menu spesial saat berbuka puasa. Di
bawah ini ada tip menu berbuka puasa yang spesial dan sederha, seperti foto yang saya tampilkan ini dan telah saya suguhkan untuk menu
berbuka puasa bersama keluarga. Inilah menu masakan Gulai Ikan Tenggiri untuk menu berbuka puasa.

Bahan-bahan :

  • 500 gr daging ikan Tenggiri, di
    potong sesuai selera.
  • 1 sendok Makan bubuk kunyit.
  • 1sendok makan garam

Bahan bumbu halus :

  • 7 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas jari Jahe
  • 1 ruas jari lengkuas
  • 1 ruas jari kencur
  • 1 ruas jari kunyit, di bakar
  • 5 buah cabai merah
  • 3 butir kemiri, di gongseng dulu
  • 1 sendok makan ketumbar, di
    gonseng hulu.
  • 2 sendok makan minyak zaitun
    untuk menumis.
    Semua bumbu halus tersebut di bender sampai halus.

Bahan bumbu cemplung :

  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 batang Serei, di geprek
  • 1 ruas jari lengkuas, di geprek
  • 3 sendok makan santan Kelapa,
    saya gunakan santan Kara.
  • 1 sendok makan garam Natural
  • 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 sendok teh kaldu bubuk penyedap
  • 50 buah cabe rawit hijau, di buang
    tangkainya dan masih utuh.

Langkah mempersiapkan :

  • Cuci bersih daging ikan Tenggiri
    Kemudian campur semua bahan
    baluran tenggiri yang terdiri dari
    Kuning telur, bubuk kunyit dan
    garam, lalu diamkan selama lima
    menit setelah itu baru goreng
    setengah matang, saya gunakan
    minyak bimoli.

  • Semua bumbu halus yang telah di
    Blender, lalu tambahkan sedikit air
    setelah itu baru di tumis hingga
    mengeluarkan bau langu hilang
    dan bumbu mengeluarkan minyak
    Baru dimasukkan daun salam,
    daun jeruk,serai, lengkuas dan ikan
    Tenggiri goreng kedalam tumisan
    bumbu halus. Tambahkan 150 cc
    air sedikit lagi, setelah itu
    tambahkan santan kelapa sampai
    air menyusut dan bumbu meresap
    kedalam ikan. Dan setelah itu baru
    tambahkan cabe rawit utuh.

Gulai ikan tenggiri paling enak di santap dengan nasi panas dan saya
sajikan bersama sayur campur atau sayur " Gule Rampou" untuk menu berbuka puasa ramadhan bersama keluarga. Dan sisanya kami sisihkan untuk menu makan sahur bersama.


CURRY TENGGIRI RAMADHAN MONTHS

Starting from the form of snacks to heavy food, many feel confused about what to cook or buy food for breaking the fast menu. Considering that our society, which generally has a lower middle economy, certainly does not have to have to be fancy, which is simple and healthy for the body to meet the requirements for breaking the fast.
Food that is processed appropriately and perfectly will surely arouse the taste. It could be a menu
in stir-fried preparations, fish and according to taste is certainly to be
special menu when breaking the fast. In
below is a special and simple breaking fast menu tip, like this photo that I show and I have served for the menu
breaking the fast with family. This is the menu of Tenggiri Fish Curry for breaking the fast menu.

Materials :

  • 500 gr mackerel fish meat, in
    cut according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Fine seasoning ingredients:

  • 7 cloves of shallot
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ginger finger segment
  • 1 galangal finger segment
  • 1 kencur finger segment
  • 1 turmeric finger joint, burned
  • 5 red chilies
  • 3 candlenut, in the first gongseng
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander, on
    upstream ginseng.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    for sauteing.
    All these spices are bended until smooth.

Ingredients Cemplung:

  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 pieces of orange leaf
  • 1 stem of Serei, in geprek
  • 1 galangal finger segment, geprek
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk,
    I use Kara coconut milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of Natural salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
  • 50 green cayenne pepper, removed
    the stem and still intact.

Steps to prepare:

  • Wash the mackerel fish meat
    thoroughly Then mix all the
    ingredients balgiri baluran
    consisting of Egg yolks, turmeric
    powder and salt, then let stand for
    five minutes after that just fried
    half cooked, I use bimoli oil.

  • All spices that have been in
    Blend, then add a little water
    then stir-fry until odor odor
    disappeared and spices emit oil
    Just put in bay leaves, orange
    leaves, lemongrass, galangal and
    fish Fried mackerel into stir-fry
    ground spices. Add 150 cc
    a little more water, after that
    add coconut milk until
    the water is shrinking and the
    seasoning is pervasive
    into the fish. And after that only
    add whole cayenne pepper.

Mackerel fish is best eaten with hot rice and me
serve with mixed vegetables or "Gule Rampou" for Ramadan fasting with family. And we set aside the rest for a meal together.
