SAJIAN MAKANAN "LEMANG" KHAS ORANG ACEH KULINER KEGEMARAN BULAN RAMADHAN

Dear Steemians,

Masyarakat Aceh terasa kurang lengkap apabila berbuka puasa bulan Ramadhan tanpa sajian makanan khas " Lemang", semuanya terasa hambar seakan bukan bulan puasa Ramadhan. Setiap tahun apabila menghadapi bulan puasa hampir setiap kota yang bermunculan pasar
dadakan pasti ada penjual makanan
khas Aceh yaitu "Lemang". Bahkan di kota tempat tinggal saya Lhokseumawe dan Kota Cunda ada setiap tahun pedagang makanan khas "lemang" di tempat itu-itu juga dan orangnya pun orang-orang itu yang jual "lemang".

Banyak penjual makanan dan minuman di seputar kota pasar dadakan khusus bulan puasa di kota Cunda dan Kota Lhokseumawe, namun makanan "Lemang" yang bukan salah satu makanan utama diantara deretan penjual makanan lainnya, "lemang" tetap ada di hati orang Aceh khususnya bulan puasa
untuk hidangan setiap keluarga. Sudah merupakan sesuatu makanan yang wajib ada .

Salah satu sajian makanan khas di bulan puasa ramahdhan ini, sudah merupakan makanan favorit warga Aceh yang diramu dari beras ketan
putih dan ketan hitam yang memiliki rasa gurih dan niknat dan sudah merupakan kebiasaan bahkan sudah menjadi tradisi warga Aceh. Tradisi pembuatan "lemang " di Aceh hanya bisa dijumpai di saat bulan Ramadhan saja, mungkin beda dengan daerah lain seperti Padang dan Bandung serta Palembamg yang di setiap hari mau perayaan Hari Raya atau Lebaran "Lemang" juga pasti ada.

Hampir setiap Ibu Kota Kecamatan di
Provinsi Aceh, setiap pelaku usaha
produksi pembuatan "lemang" biasanya di produksi di rumah-rumah di gampong - gampong pedalaman
pedesaan dan yang memproduksi "lemang" hanya orang-orang tertentu saja yang sudah berpengalaman memasak makanan lemang tesebut.
Dan biasanya yang memproduksi "lemang" adalah dari kalangan orang tua - tua terdahulu yang sudah berpengalaman atau hanya keturunan anak cucu mereka saja yang di kerjakan secara turun temurun.

Itulah, sajian makanan "Lemang" khas orang Aceh kuliner khusus bulan puada Ramadhan yang masih eksis di pasaran sampai sekarang. Kirannya makakanan "Lemang" terus dikembangkan dengan segala fariasi dan inovasi agar tetap dicintai setiap warga setian hari sehingga kuliner khas ini dapat dijaga dan dilestarikan
dalam rangka mewujudkan kelangsungan salah satu kuliner budaya nusantara.

PEOPLE ACEH CULINARY MONTHS OF RAMADHAN

The Acehnese feel incomplete when breaking the fast of the month of Ramadan without serving the special food "Lemang", everything feels bland as if it was not the month of Ramadan. Every year when facing the fasting month almost every city that pops up the market
Suddenly there must be a food seller
Aceh's specialty is "Lemang". Even in the city where I live, Lhokseumawe and Cunda City, every year there are special "Lemang" food vendors in the same place and those who sell "Lemang".

Many food and beverage sellers around the city of impromptu special fasting markets in the city of Cunda and Lhokseumawe City, but the food "Lemang" which is not one of the main foods among a row of other food vendors, "lemang" remains in the hearts of Acehnese people especially the fasting month
for every family dish. It is a food that must be there.

One of the special foods in this friendly fasting month is already a favorite food for Acehnese who are mixed with sticky rice
white and black sticky rice that has a savory and delicious taste and has become a habit and has even become a tradition of Acehnese citizens. The tradition of making "lemang" in Aceh can only be found during the month of Ramadan alone, it may be different from other regions such as Padang and Bandung and Palembamg which every day want to celebrate the feast or Eid "Lemang" also must be there.

the production of "lemang" is usually produced in homes in the village - the village inland
rural areas and those who produce "lemang" are only certain people who have experience cooking the lemang food.
And usually those who produce "lemang" are among the older parents who have experienced or only descendants of their children and grandchildren who are worked on for generations.

That is, "Lemang" food typical of Acehnese special culinary Ramadhan that still exists on the market today. Kirannya makakanan "Lemang" continues to be developed with all the variations and innovations in order to remain loved by every citizen every day so that this unique culinary can be maintained and preserved
in order to realize the continuity of one of the culinary cultures of the archipelago.
