Dear Steemians,

Tanpa terasa puasa bulan Ramadhan ini telah memasuki hari kelima, sepertinya agak kebingungan mencari menu makanan yang asyik dan mengenyangkan untuk berbuka puasa. Banyak menu makanan sudah beberapa hari ini silij berganti untuk mencari menu yang cocok, banyak ibu rumah tangga dan remaja
Putri yang bertanya-tanya masak apa
hari ini ya.

Tapi tidak usah bingung-bingung dibawah ini akan disuguhkan menu berbuka puasa yang berselera, yaitu
untuk masakan sayur dan makanan lauk-pauknya pendampinh nasi putih.
Masakan untuk sayur yaitu Tauco Tumis Kangkung.

Bahan-bahan ;

  • 3 ikat kangkung. Siangi
  • 1 bungkus jamur tiram. di suwir
  • 2 sung bawang putih, di iris
  • 2 buah cabe merah, di iris serong
  • 1 sendok makan tauco
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 sendok makan garam, saya pakai
    Garam Netral.
  • 100 Mili liter air
  • 1 sendok makan mimyak goreng,
    saya pakai minyak zaitun.

Cara membuat :

  • Tumis bawang putih dan cabe
    merah sampai harum.

  • Tuanglah Tauco dan aduk rata.

  • Masukkan kangkung dan jamur
    dan aduk sampai setengah layu.

  • Tambahkan air, garam, merica
    bubuk, lalu aduk dan tunggu hingga
    matang.

  • Tauco tumis kangkung siap
    disajikan.

Untuk menu masakan lauk - pauknya
bisa menemani ibadah puasa yang
menyenangkan dan mengolah makanan ini juga sangat mudah dan
bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk menu

Bahan :

  • 30 butir telur puyuh, rebus dan

  • 1/2 sendok makan merica bubuk.

Bumbu Halus :

Semua bumbu ini di blender.

  • buah cabai merah
  • 8 siung bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 2 butir kemiri, di sangrai dulu
  • 1 ruang jari Jahe
  • 1 ruas jari kunyit, di bakar dulu

Cara membuatnya :

  • Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun
    Salam sampai harum.
  • Tambahkan buncis, wortel dan
    tumis sampai setengah layu
  • Masukkan Jamur dan telur puyuh
    lalu aduk rata
  • Tuangkan garam, gula pasir dan
    Merica bubuk, dan tambahkan
    sedikit air, lalu aduk kembali
    sampai semua bahan meresap.
  • Siap di sajikan.

Menu yang telah disebutkan di atas sangat cocok untuk di jadikan andalan berbuka puasa bersama keluarga tercinta. Disamping dapat mengenyangkan, makanan tersebut juga sangat baik untuk kesehatan. Dan paling cocok di santap bersama sepiring nasi putih hangat yang akan membuat semakin nikmat.
