All steemit friends, on this occasion I try to share some photos about mushrooms that grow on rotten areca nut. Mushrooms with very attractive colors. The variety of colors makes this mushroom very attractive to the eye.
This fungus grows only one fruit on a rotting betel nut, which is near the swamp where I hunted for mushrooms. This mushroom is not for consumption. The very bright color makes this mushroom easy to see, even if it is touching the ground.
This fungus is tougher than the mushrooms that we usually encounter on rotting wood or on moist soil. The golden color with white edges makes this mushroom different from other mushrooms.
