素煎梅肉

素煎梅肉
梅肉用盐和白胡椒加料酒腌过,中小火煎至两面微焦,佐以烧烤干料或辣白菜,非常不错,我觉得自己在家吃,梅肉比五花肉口感更好,油也少。唯一遗憾的是没有葱姜,凉了之后肉稍微还是有点腥。
