炸泡菜饺子
是炸泡菜饺子,一开始以为就是跟煎饺差不多,结果发现非常酥脆,很是不错,为什么我没有见到国内炸饺这种做法?
馅料很东北了,猪肉、粉条、辣白菜,吃起来很柔软,大概粉条吸收了多余的汤汁,饺子馅比较干,但是可能是外皮异常酥脆的原因了。总体来说饺子皮真的很不错,以后有剩饺子炸来试试。
