My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2021

Today was the second day in a row weighing less than 205 lbs. I hope this is a sign that I will start losing some weight again. I tried some cocoa based brew over the weekend, but I don't know if that contributed to the loss.

Since my workout shorts were still in the dirty clothes, I had to wear my workout pants again. This time I drank a cup of water before leaving and that seemed to keep the headache and dehydration away. I still limited myself to 20 push-ups.

There was one new dog walker out this morning. I guess as the mornings get darker, there will be less chance of other people being out.
