My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2021

This is a late post of our jogging exercise with my wife last weekend.

We wanted to keep ourselves sweat because without sweat we felt weak. We walked and jogged for 2 hours around 10km.

After the exercise, time for a simple and good breakfast. Protein soup made of beef and cabbage.
