Today is time for my weekly actifit roundup.
Besides my usual daily post, I'm doing a summary of the total week activities.
In the Morning:
I started the day by following the Fabulous app Morning Ritual, which consists of:
- Waking up early
- Drinking water to hydrate my body from a long night sleep
- Exercising for 10 minutes
- Having a great breakfast
Then I reviewed my plan for the day and went for it!
Started my work shift at 12:00.
In the afternoon:
Finished my 1st work shift at 15:00.
In the afternoon I went to the beach with my daughter, sunbathing and bilding castles made of sand!
Started my 2nd work shift at 19:00.
I finished work at 20:00.
Prepared my plan for the next day.
Did my calm and meditation Ritual.

Summarizing the Week:
This week I got back on track, after my bike accident and managed to achieve a total of 181238 counts.
Although I haven't yet got back to the Gym, I feel that my walking is starting to get to normal!
