Good evening ladies and gentlemen welcome to another Actifit update and what a day it has been. I'm committed to burning off these extra holiday kilos and I started with a run this morning to help me clear my mind and get me in the mood.
I got back to work and finished off alot of the work I had to do for the day and then hit up another cardiovascular session on the indoor bike. I really wanted to head out on my mountain bike but didn't get the opportunity, I know right.... adult life.
After that my legs were absolutely killing me, I have a chronic case of Dom's setting in from yesterday's leg session. I hit up a biceps and shoulders training session.
I might reupload them all to 3speak so there are fresh videos upto date.
Anyway actifitters I hope you're powering through another glorious day of staying fit and hitting hard.
See you all tomorrow and P.S I hit a PB today on steps. Lets see if I can match it or come close tomorrow.
