Good evening actifit peeps were in for another target night and I'm super pumped!!! I've been taking regular breaks from work and getting my steps up. My super active 3 yr old is keeping me locked to training and ensuring I meet my steps.
I finished off my cardiovascular with a back and abs workout.
Tonight's dinner was a healthy Beef Chow mein made from scratch, such a simple and quick dish. Low in calories high in flavour and nutrients.
Back to it tomorrow and hoping to lose a few kilos in the process. Xmas and new years wasn't good to me.
I might start popping together a few training videos in the coming months to help motivate others.
