Good day actifitters I trust you are well and keeping active. I had an epic session today filled with indoor cycling and a late night run. It was my little girls 4th Birthday today so training was a little later today.
One of the most common questions I get asked is "how do you find the time to train?" The simple answer to that is that I don't. I make the time.
Many are in bed getting ready for tomorrow, perhaps a day filled with work, errands, appointments or catching up with friends and family. I do all those things too. One thing I can't do is get up early in the morning to exercise. I'm not a morning person. So I don't try.
In life you need to balance things out. Now I don't train like this everyday, I skip workouts too. Sometimes I will go a whole month in between. But I maintain my diet.
Early in on actifit my steps were low, as I was busy. But now I am free and focusing on training.
In life, you need goals and you need a plan.
It doesn't always work according and plans don't always, well. Go to plan. But just keep trying and keep pushing yourself.
