Feeling Much Better so training Started. Already planned my ease in workouts for the week, so we tackled the fight like a girl workout by Darbee.
While the title is a bit offensive the workout was pretty fun. Easy enough to do around the kid and keep you motivated - admittedly I had to draw and colour 5 jellyfish in between these sets. And challenging enough to get a sweat on. 7 sets and I burnt 158kcals. Happy with my heart rate zones as well.
Eating And Vices
Keeping eating to a minimum so I can help my body prepare for a 2 x 16 hour fasts next week. My body also just needs a clean from all this bad eating.
So one big meal and a bowl of all bran cereal for lunch. No breakfast, 2 cups of coffee and a lot of water. Snacks was a minimal today, 1 cookie and a few crisps.
Staying Away Vices:
Chocolate: 2 days
Biscuits / Cookies: 0 days
If we hit 7 days I can have 1 block of choc or 1 cookie, depending on the streak.
