It’s that time again, my fellow Actifiters!

Today is going to be short & sweet since I spent a lot of the day curating & creating video content. It was a busy day in which I had to get some self imposed deadlines completed. It even called for an extra latte so I indulged in my Cinnamon Dolce from Starbucks (a treat so don't judge me 🤣).

Swearing through some game losses of Splinterlands was also on the task list …
Oh, that game...I swear...I took up @ph1102’s rule of "3 losses & close the tab". I was doing that quite a bit throughout the day ….

Even with all of that, I still managed to do some laundry & get a few few chores done around the house as Timmy decided to help out in the way he knows best….😹😹

I made sure to get some sun since it was so beautiful outside. Getting 15-20 minutes of natural Vitamin D every day is key since it helps clear old energy, curbs depression & negativity, & just plain lifts your spirits. So, I try to do this every day even if I don’t go on a long walk…

Not a hugely exciting day but I felt blessed when I went to sleep.

Sometimes I am just grateful for the simple things in life. When I practice gratitude every day, it really changes my perspective on the world around me. Regardless of what’s going on in our outer reality, I can always find one thing to be thankful for each day…
