Hello everyone 👋,
TGIF 🍻🍸 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Some how it's always exciting going into the weekend even though nothing changes. So it's been a great day and before it fades away, allow me to share my stepping activities plus some of the trending stories. Thank you for reading and let's take it away 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with a short morning session, brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲.
Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. A rather quiet day.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, 21 people died in the port city of Odesa 😢, as Russia bombed a resort and apartment block. Russia still insists it doesn't bomb residential areas 😬. Elsewhere in France, Australian prime minister stopped by for talks with his counterpart, that failed submarine deal had put dampers on the two countries relationship.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways today mostly at 19k, better than yesterday but the bears 🐻 have a firm grip😹. Let's see how July treats us.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries. Then I was back indoors where I had my usual nap 💤. It was amazing and I got up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, a supreme court ruling on the environment strikes a major blow to emissions reduction goals😱. Seems like this supreme court is taking the US back to factory settings 😹, wiping out all strides made in the past. Going back to medieval times. Elsewhere in Sudan, the violent protests kept going. The protesters have been going for months, they want the military out ASAP.
Anyways as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
