May 4th: Weather I can get used to

작년


May 4th was another 1.5 mile run but I cut a minute off vs. Saturday. Will up the distance only after a full week. I look to add 0.5 miles each week until I get to 5 and at that point I'll take an earned week off.
Weight and Heart Rate remain stable.
