My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2020


Completed a 5 day running cycle. Haven't done 5 days straight in awhile. Short 1.5 mile run in 11 mins was not an upgrade unfortunately on the previous so the only good thing is that the temperature has gone up considerably here the last week. It may have also been a mistake to go back to 1.5 miles the week before and just try to do it faster. So for the next cycle I will be looking to go back to 2.5 miles again with perhaps a day or two during which I'll just do 1.5 fast.
