My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2021

어젠 피곤해서 GYM을 못 갈 정도였는데, 다행히 오늘 아침에는 컨디션이 어느정도 회복되었습니다. 가장 바쁜 달이라 아침부터 계속 일에 시달리다가, 10시 30분쯤엔 그냥 하던걸 놓고, 밖으로 나가 10분 정도 산책도 하고 스트레칭도 했습니다.


매주 월,금 피지컬 테라피를 간지 2달, 이젠 어느정도 스트레칭이 몸에 배인 것 같은데, 더 좋아진 건, 앉을 때나 걸을 때 좀 더 자세에 신경을 쓰게 되었습니다.

이러다 내년에 다시 골프를 치게 될 지도 모르겠지만, 최대한 관절이나 유연성 위주의 운동을 꾸준히 하도록 해야겠습니다.
