My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2021

오늘 일찍 퇴근했지만, Gym은 Skip . 일주일에 보통 5~6번, 적을때도 3~4번은 가는데, 이젠 매일 운동을 하면 강도를 줄여도 피곤함이 잘 풀리지 않습니다.


중성지방을 줄이려고 최근 채식을 많이 늘렸는데, 찬 음식인 탓에 뭔가 부족하게 먹었다는 느낌도 있고 소화가 잘 안되는 느낌도 있어 버티다 보면 Gym도 가기 싫어지기도 합니다. 아무튼 이젠 중량 운동도 격일로 하든 조금 줄여야하는 것이 맞는 것 같아, 오늘은 쉬고 내일 등운동을 할 예정입니다.

겨울에는 나가서 걷기도 쉽지 않고, 찬 채식도 조금 꺼려지는 시기인데, 미리 습관을 붙여놔야겠습니다.

내년에 중성지방 목표를 25% 이상 줄이는 것이 목표입니다.
