Ingredients for onion Paste:
1 & ½ cup Fried onion
½ cup Yogurt
3 Green cardamom
½ cup water
Ingredients for beef korma:
¾ cup Oil
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Whole spice
1 cup Yogurt
Water as required
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Ginger to garnish
1 tbsp Coriander to garnish
- In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
- Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.
- Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with Naan.
