Meditation can not be forced. I had to understand this simple sentence deeply before I got any success. We cannot force our mind to do or not to do something. You must enter gradually at the state of Meditation. Your mind must be calm. That means you must learn to observe your thoughts arrive into your mind, then you notice it and let it leave your mind. Don't catch each thought and let it ride you around.

  • concentrate on breathing
  • meditate on object, sound or image
  • wake up at leadt at 5 a.m.
  • eat more vegetables
