Welcome to a fresh update on our Educational PC Game Development - IBT Survival Island.
Making a game isn't easy.
When your making nearly everything from scratch, everything needs work and improvement. It's hard to decide what is a bug, and what is something that can be fixed later with an update.
We really want IBT Survival Island to be a big hit and so we will try to make sure the majority of improvements are in and known bugs are addressed before commencing detailed testing.
To date the only test/demonstration to include other steemians was a live demo given at a mallsballers Steemit catchup, this was short and sharp and seen by well known steemians such as @mattclarke - so if anyone is thinking maybe this game isn't real? please feel re-assured and ask a maller, if still not sure, ask Matt :)
This week a bit of effort was put towards material fixing: whilst being a large distance away leaves on trees became white and while close to the leaves they emitted a greenish glow and looked really fake. This was a huge problem but now having a better idea on materials, this has finally been fixed. See the image above.
As mentioned in the last update our community bot is up and running. I will keep on powering it up as time permits. I'd like to develop the bot just a bit more and increase the vote strength under certain circumstances and on the basis of the quality of your posts - until next time enjoy the free upvotes :)
