Today I wondered whether to do real running or to do a hypoxic training. On usual Tuesday I do real running after work. But I ran 42 km last Sunday, so I wanted to do less damage to my legs and feet. In general, damage by running on a treadmill is lees than one by real running. Eventually I decided to do a hypoxic training.

In today's workout, I was able to increase my heart rate up to 178 bpm when I was exerting my utmost speed on a treadmill. At the same time, the SpO2 went down to 76%. Today I was able to train my cardiopulmonary ability enough with less fatigue of my legs.
