Another thursday and another tennis session played. Only 1 hour this week but it was again an enjoyable one. I'll be gearing up for a hot yoga session on Friday and an increasing amount of reps compared to last weeks on Saturday (and possibly sunday). Ever since I watched the Dominion Documentary on youtube it's been impossible to eat any kind of animal related food again. I did overeat a bit on vegan burgers yesterday though. I do really want to get my weight down to 62kg for the start of 2020 and maintain that all year long without too much ups and downs. I come from 82kg when I was at my max many years ago by now so the hardest work is already done.
