Day 597 | Tennis

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Another thursday and another tennis session played. Only 1 hour this week but it was again an enjoyable one. I'll be gearing up for a hot yoga session on Friday and an increasing amount of reps compared to last weeks on Saturday (and possibly sunday). Ever since I watched the Dominion Documentary on youtube it's been impossible to eat any kind of animal related food again. I did overeat a bit on vegan burgers yesterday though. I do really want to get my weight down to 62kg for the start of 2020 and maintain that all year long without too much ups and downs. I come from 82kg when I was at my max many years ago by now so the hardest work is already done.

Just wait till after the holidays to start your 62 quest :)

If anything, right now it's more a matter of not letting myself go. So I will keep my eye on that 62kg-63kg especially during the holidays. It is about time I reach it though, in the end it's all not that difficult if only I would really make it into a priority.
