It Is A Feel-good Suit

I remember wearing my sauna suit a few days ago and after half a day of perspiring it just felt nice. In fact I might wear it tomorrow if God-willing because I like the benefits of shedding extra sodium, water, and other toxins plus my bed will not get drenched in sweat in the process.

I think I will also put some hot face towel inside so that it will jumpstart the sauna process. One thing that I learned was the body really overheats and you can feel it in your breath as if you are having a flu so it alarmed me a bit because my heart is already beating faster than usual. It is dangerous because of the risk of getting a heart attack or stroke.

We Have To Cool Down If We Sense That We Are Overheating Already To Avoid Heat Stroke

Now I know how the "heat stroke" process goes and I keep in mind not to bask on sauna because it may do me more harm than good. But it is really effective in making you sweat and I think it is better and much cost effective than maybe juicing because you are letting out toxins from your sweat glands.

So on my dialysis day yesterday on my pre-dialysis weigh measurement I was lighter than usual and I just attribute it on my one day sweat suit therapy which made me perspire like hell. So if you are just looking for ways to detoxify, bask on a sauna at least everyday using a sauna suit which will allow you to do something rather than going to a "real" sauna bath room where it will require you to spend not only with the required things to operate it but will also not allow you to do other things.

The Sauna Suit Is More Cost Effective Than The Sauna Bath Room Use

Now that I discovered this detoxifying technique I am now sharing my experience to the community so that you can also try it and see for yourselves how a simple sweating regimen can improve your health simply because you are letting out extra toxins and that is a plus factor for giving you a better well-being and maybe longevity as well.

The cool weather affects the sauna experience because the cold air slows down the process if not stopping it especially if you are immobile like me. So it helps as well if the weather is hot like in the day time if you live near the equator ao we just have to keep that in mind as well.


We can Also Sleep Our Sauna Therapy Out If We Do Not Want To Exercise Or Just To Avoid The Discomfort of Wearing A Sweat Suit

But of course it is just uncomfortable being drench in sweat for an extended period of time so we can also sleep and get almost the same results like what I did a few days ago. But if you would exercise then you would make a better result in terms of sweating a lot. Drinking adequate fluids will ensure you not to get dehydrated which is not my problem actually because of the extra water in my body which is the reason for my sauna therapy.

I just hope that soon I will achieve my goals of my ideal true weight because it will just make my life more comfortable as I will never have to problem with my breathing hopefully plus having more physical space in eating food and also consuming fluids.
