I came across a book by Dan Beckett titled ''Ejaculation Freedom''. Now don't start thinking what I was looking for before seeing this.. trust me you don't wanna know and it's definitely nothing relating to this topic. Normally i'm not supposed to do this but it's really a helpful tool for my married guys going through stuff out there. If you can relate well then this is for you.

We’ll start with some instant cool down methods. When you apply this, it cools down your system and takes you back to the normal state and away from the dreaded point. So the first is:
- The ''tongue-back-push''.
TBP stands for Tongue – Back – Push. Use this techniques when you feel your arousal level rising but before you reach the point of no return. There are three arms to this.. first;
ARM 1– Run the tip of your tongue in a circular motion around the roof of your mouth. You can keep your mouth closed, so your partner wont even notice. It will tickle slightly. It’s a bit weird but stick with me. I’ll explain why it works in a tick.
ARM 2 – At the same time run your hands up and down your partner’s back in long even strokes. Go all the way up to her shoulders and down to her lower back (but avoid her butt).
ARM 3-this final part is to push out your PC muscles. Push out as though you’re starting the flow of urine (don’t worry, nothing will come out – I promise). Visualize yourself pushing out and releasing tension within. Hold for about 5 seconds and then release. Relax for 5 seconds and repeat.

(push) prevents you from focusing only on genital stimulation & it returns your focus to your partner. This is an amazing technique because your partner won't notice you doing anything except for the fact that your hands are all over her body of which she'll enjoy even. So have no fear.
