Every time I travel from China to Canada and vice versa I get hit so hard with jetlag. The time difference is 12 hours so it really hits you hard.
Its 2pm in Mississauga and I am sooo sleepy. Usually 6pm is when it gets the worst. You reallyyyy have to work to keep yourself awake at that time.
It takes me around 10 days to fully adjust. I still feel like a visitor in Canada lol. It still hasnt hit me that this is my home hahaha.
Time to rest!
