Rapid Personal Change is a concept I got from Csikszentmihalyi. His concepts on change are meant to be used by people to take action, and it's not an abstract theory. He illustrated it in very simple terms, but the principles hold true regardless of the type of situation. I like to use his book "The Law of Attraction: How To Use Your Mind Like A Magnet to Create The Life You Want" as a reference.
One of my favorite videos is "Thought Change" from The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. In this video, she talks about how some of us think we're always right, but this isn't actually true. What we believe about ourselves affects our behavior.
Rapid Personal Change is all about changing your thinking, and it has a lot to do with attitude. We all have thoughts that we hold dear, even if those thoughts are negative. When these thoughts become habitual, we begin to believe them to be true, and this turns into a strong self belief. We would think that by acting in a certain way, or thinking a certain way, that we'd get what we want out of life.
But how would this be true? Would our actions show any evidence of our being successful? If so, wouldn't we all just be doing the same thing? And if all we did was just following our own minds, then wouldn't we all just be unhappy? Isn't there a better way to go about things?
When we think the way we've been taught, we become closed minded to our true abilities and potentials. We convince ourselves that we're not good enough, talented enough, etc. By constantly repeating this cycle over again, it becomes a habit. So instead of acting in a way that will benefit us, we usually act in a manner that does benefit us. We convince ourselves, that we can't live up to what we think others expect of us, so we act in ways that prove everyone wrong.
This is exactly why the inner voice often speaks to us. It's not our job to make anyone else happy. The inner voice exists to tell us that we are, indeed, the person we think we are. If we listen to the inner voice with open ears, it can help us find happiness and fulfillment faster than trying to convince ourselves otherwise.
What's most important, though, is that we trust our inner voice. It may speak to us softly, but most of us listen. If we don't hear the inner voice speaking to us, we will never fast forward to reaching our goals because we'll never believe that we can succeed. So the very first step is to listen to our inner voice, and then follow its advice. Listen to your inner voice, and believe whatever it has to say.
We have the power to change our own feelings. We have the power to live a life full of happiness and fulfillment. Are you beginning to see how easy it is to change your life? The more you trust the inner voice inside you, the easier it will be to find the happiness and fulfillment that will help you fast forward towards the future you want.
Rapid Personal Change can happen very quickly, if we are willing to allow ourselves to use our inner voices to make changes in our own lives. We might find that we can quickly change the way we think, feel, and behave. Once we make these changes, we might even begin to see some changes in other areas of our lives. Our lives will become more peaceful, more loving, more peaceful.
By listening to our inner voice, by allowing ourselves to follow its advice, we can find our own happiness and fulfillment. We can find the peace and harmony that will help us move into a world where we are not always running from conflict but living in harmony with all of life. The rapid personal change is a wonderful thing to experience and will provide us with a lifetime of happiness and joy.
The first step to making real, rapid personal change happens right now. You need to listen to your inner voice. Your inner voice is your map for life. If you are living your life according to the map you drew with your inner voice, you will be able to move through life with confidence. You will have inner peace, and you will be able to make all kinds of positive changes. You can find your peace and harmony.
