With darkness,comes light. With happiness, comes pain. Pain is inevitable. As what the saying goes, " Everybody wants happiness, nobody wants pain, but you can't have a rainbow without a little rain. "
I think to stop feeling hurt,first, you need to understand that being hurt sometimes is necessary. When we are hurt, we learn from it, just like not to trust a certain person anymore. To let go of them . Maybe it is life telling you to cut ties with someone who keeps on hurting you.
Second, instead of getting away with it, understand why you are hurt and instead, embrace it. If you keep on suppressing your feelings and bottling it up, you will be full of emotions and it will be harder for you.
Third, avoid people or things that hurt you. For example, are there certain people who keep on hurting you, doing the same thing over and over again? Are you under a toxic relationship? Avoid them, let them go because they are not good for you.
Nobody wants pain. I hope you let go of the things that hurt you because nobody deserves to be in pain especially ones inflicted by other people. I hope you live a happy life because everybody deserves it. We do, we certainly do.
