Nowadays we have different health issues. We have to go to see a doctor regularly. Taking medicine becomes part of our lifestyle. We see our grandparents - they don't get sick easily like we do.


So what has changed? Our grandparents eat organic food. But now we get used to eating processed food. Processed food and unhealthy food create a lot of problems. We are too busy these days that we do not have any time to do exercise. We are under stress. And we do not get enough sleep at night. We need to change our lifestyle, otherwise, we will not see any significant and sustainable progress in our health.
