Hi steamers! Typeo again with another healthy and vegan recipe! Home made peanut butter PLUS +++ energy protein balls you can make with it! Let's start!
I never thought when I started posting for steem that I would enjoy so much writing about my healthy recipes. I never paid attention to how much time I spend making them and finding them online but also eating them. (yum yum)
So yeah this is the recipe for home made peanut butter. It is really easy with less ingredients.
-First take the peanuts and peel them off. You need to use baked peanuts without salt.
-then add them to a mixer with a bit of salt , one spoon of honey and some oil ( peanut butter oil or corn oil ) and gently start to mix them together. You need to mix them quite some time to take that buttery texture. add some oil for moisture if needed.
and VOILA!!! it is you healthy peanut butter is ready!!! withtout chemicals or palm tree oil!!! pure 100% organic peanut butter!! you can eat it with a spoon or use to make some desert. This one I made today I used it to make energy balls. You can see the recipe down below.
To make energy balls you need to have peanut butter, oats and anything you like to add. I added some chocolate drops but you can also add raisins or anything you want really.
You just simple add the ingredients to a big bowl , mix them all together make little balls with your hands. When you are done put them in the Freezer for atleast 2 hours.
