Here are 5 core beliefs according to Kevin Horsley to help improve your memory. Lets get to it.
Say to yourself, "I was born with exceptional concentration and memory." Do not tolerate for a minute the idea that you are prohibited from any achievement by the absence of inborn talent or ability. All you need is a willingness to learn, a method, and self-discipline.
Second: Memory Improvement is important. Successful people believe that what they do is important and worth doing. With this belief, people move from interest into commitment. Improve your mental function and you will improve your life.
Third: Say to yourself, "I have incredible abilities. My memory is unlimited." You will see incredible feats and abilities that you never thought possible once you start learning memory methods.
Fourth: There is no Failure, only feedback. Generally, people only focus on where their memory went wrong; therefore, making it weaker. Focus on your strengths and change your approach when the feedback or result is not what you want.
Fifth: Tell yourself, "I don't know it all." Listen and become interested in other points of views and embrace change as well as new things. Allow information to come to you. Open all channels to receive information. Only feed your mind with good. Adopt and try on as many empowering beliefs as you can.
Bonus: Remember this quote from Jim RohN, "If you don't like how thing are, change it! You're not a tree."
Well that is all for now. Hopefully you learned something new today. Be on the lookout for my next post continuing this series on improving your memory. Thanks for stopping by and I will see you soon...
