Rather than that specialize in weight, I specialise in happiness! I forever try to eat for an honest mood since food and mood go hand in hand. Science shows U.S. that ingestion fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, legumes, whole grains, foods with probiotics, tea and even bittersweet chocolate all play roles in brain health and sensiblemood. ingestion for health AND happiness could be a win-win!
