Here is a quick recipe to prepare during Ramadan: delicious slippers stuffed with minced meat. The advantage of this recipe is that the stuffing and the dough are cooked at the same time, which saves a lot of time.

For the dough:

  • 500 g of flour
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 C. sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter *.
  • 1/4 cold milk *.

For the stuffing:

  • 250 g minced meat.
  • 1 finely chopped onion.
  • 100 g grated cheese.
  • 3 tablespoons parsley.
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • vermicelli

For the dough:

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
  • Then pour the milk little by little then gather the dough in the form of a ball
  • Rub the dough with 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Cover with a film of food then put in the fridge during 30 min.

  • غطيه بفيلم من الطعام ثم وضعه في الثلاجة خلال 30 دقيقة.

للحشو:

  • في مقلاة ، عرق البصل.
  • ثم مزجها مع جميع المكونات الأخرى وترك جانبا.
  • أخيرا ، قم بتوزيع العجين ، يمكنك اختيار الشكل الذي تريده
