More news from the Monster Energy Kawasaki camp this week as it has been announced that 450 MX rookie Joey Savatgy will miss round eleven of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series at Budds Creek. The team green riders wife is due to give birth to their first child this weekend so the decision to stay at home seems the right choice.

"Well it's a tough decision but due to the fact that my child is expected this weekend, I've made the decision to stay home. I love racing and I've been making forward progress lately, but my family comes first and I hope you guys understand. So for those on #Team17 I appreciate the support. We aren't done yet either!"
Savatgy, despite having an amazing start to his 450 career will be moving on from the team when the season ends to make way for Adam Cianciarulo. He currently sits in twelfth place even though he missed the opening two rounds. No deals have been made public yet but i will update you all as and when i get the news.
