Platinum Recruitment is a specialist supplier of temporary and permanent hospitality professionals to the hospitality industry across the UK and on an international basis. Established in 2005 we have grown year on year with offices in both Bournemouth and Southampton.
Job Summary: Responsible for the day to day assistance of running payroll administration along with contract/confirmations and invoice requirements as needed by the team of Recruitment Consultants.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Producing and maintaining Payroll which supports over 400 temporary candidates for weekly payment.
- Intercepting and allocating timesheets
- Correctly calculating hours and inputting
- Matching Clients against Candidates
- Necessary documents to be checked and processed for new starters
- Correct charge and pay rates against hours
- Generating invoices for each Client
- Producing work confirmations to be sent to both Client and Candidates
- Ensuring content of contracts for Candidates and Clients and action any checks where required
- Creating permanent invoices for candidate placements
- Producing Credit Notes for Clients
- Updating daily Key Performance Indicators for Recruitment Consultants
- Producing weekly meeting information for Company Director
- Updating and maintaining Clients and Candidate Records
Successful Administrator will have:
- Strong IT skills in particular Excel and Word
- Experience in using CRM
- Previous experience in working in a fast-paced office environment
- To be able to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- The ability to be proactive and prioritise individual workload
- Excellent time management
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work within a team and to work alone efficiently
