Steemit Open Mic Week 137: Like someone in love

4개월 전

This is my 93rd entry in the Open Mic contest run by @luzcypher.

Someone suggested playing this song at one of our 'jazz' sessions at the pub. I recognised it, but could not immediately place it. Like Someone in Love dates back to 1944, but I know it as sung by Bjork. She does it even slower than me, but we each find our own way to perform a song. It has some nice chords.

It was performed using my Taylor acoustic guitar that I bought with Steem earnings.

Here's the Bjork version.

I am not that familiar with this song and I am actually not a huge fan of Bjork so this is all pretty new to me 😃. Nice job!
