Starting my Fitness journey

Hey Steemians,

Today I jogged 10 miles to start the day. As of last week, I have been trying to take my health more seriously. And I have to say, it feels great getting out there and run. Sitting all day at the office is just soul sucking for me.

So yeah, I'll probably post a before and after per month for tracking purposes.
