Cut out action movies and just watch comedy.
Avoid reading the news and try to something you enjoy instead of reading or watching the news. We tend to read the news when we are bored, but the news tends to be pretty negative so when you read the news when you are bored then you will become more worried and depressed.
Cut out toxic people.
Don't do drugs or alchol when you feel depresssed. Drugs tend to help you feel more the way you are feeling currently. So if you are depressed and get high then you might get even more depressed.
