Homemade ham and cheese flutes
Ham and cheese homemade flutes . A very recurrent recipe. Easy and quick to do. As fast as 15 minutes.
- 8 mexican tortillas
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 16 slices of emmental cheese
1.- On a normal Mexican tortilla, we put a couple of slices of cooked ham. Until covering it from one end to the other. On it, we put four slices of cheese, also to cover. We put twice as much cheese as cooked ham because we look for it to melt and find this later, in the mouth. We continue with this until we finish with all the tortillas
2.- Roll each one of the flutes, in such a way that the filling of ham and cheese is well enclosed. In the end, it's like a sandwich but with tortillas, what we're going to do
3.- Introduce in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC. In this way, the tortillas will heat up well, take some color and above all, the cheese will melt.
4.- After about 5 minutes, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
