KUE NASTAR RASA ORIGINAL

Bahan – Bahan Yang di perlukan untuk membuat Nastar Rasa original :

250 gr margarin
250 gr butter
100 gr gula bubuk
4 butir kuning telur
700 gr hingga 900 gr terigu ( tergantung tekstur
yang di inginkan )
4 sendok makan susu bubuk
3 kuning telur (untuk olesan)

Bahan – Bahan Selai Nanas untuk isian nastar

1 buah nanas ( parut terlebih dahulu )

250 Gram Gula Putih ( Sesuaikan Manisnya )

Cara membuat Selai Nanas

Masukkan nanas yang telah diparut ke dalam wajan telfon yang sudah disiapkan.

Masak nanas parut dengan api sedang, kemudian masukkan gula pasir, sambil di aduk-aduk hingga adonan nanas tidak berair dan terlalu lengket.

Angkat dan dinginkan adonan selai nanas sampai bisa dibulatkan kecil-kecil

Langkah - Langkah Membuat Kue Nastar Rasa Original

Kocok Mentega, gula halus, butter, dan telur dengan kecepatan rendah asal tercampur rata. Masukkan susu bubuk dan terigu sambil diaduk pelan – pelan

Bentuk adonan jadi bulat – bulat kemudian bagian tengahnya diisi adonan isian

Letakkan di atas loyang dan beri jarak

Oven pada suhu 150 derajat Celsius selama sekitar 15 menit atau hingga setengah matang

Olesi kue bagian atas dengan kuning telur

Oven lagi selama sekitar 15 menit atau sampai kue matang dan renyah

Dinginkan dan simpan dalam toples untuk di sajikan saat Hari Raya Nanti..
