Venezuela, a very beautiful country and also with immense gastronomy, is reason enough to feel very proud of being Venezuelan, speaking of gastronomy yesterday I decided to prepare one of our favorite desserts at home, Rice with Milk, there are so many recipes and so many different ways of Prepare it since this dessert is universal, but each person has their special touch and puts their love when preparing it and this makes it much more delicious, my children love it so I take the ingredients I had at home and prepare it in the most Simple but the result was wonderful and delicious.
- Milk powder
- Cinnamon stick
Soften the rice in enough water until it softens enough, meanwhile prepare in the blender the milk powder with water, once the rice is very soft place the milk, the sugar to your liking and the cinnamon stick, cook on fire medium and you are stirring it with a wooden spoon so that it does not stick, once thick and creamy, lower from heat, let cool to room temperature, once cold place in a container and take to the refrigerator
