Delicious Apple Crumble
- 2-3 apples;
- 70 g sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of water;
- 35 g wholegrain flour;
- 35 g of oatmeal;
- 35 g butter;
- yogurt - at will.
Peel apples and peel cores. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Add 50 g of sugar and water and, stirring, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Put the apples in a small baking dish . Mix flour, oatmeal and remaining sugar. Add the diced butter and mix to a crumbly texture.
Cover the apples with flour mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve crumble just like that or with your favorite yogurt.
