I feel sad right now.

I experienced a moment where I had an opportunity to express myself in a really cool way.

I didn’t follow through so now I am dealing with sadness.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to experience myself as sadness.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to participate within self-sabotage.

When and as I see myself participate within self-sabotage, I stop and I breathe. I see, realize, and understand that self-sabotage is non-action. I don’t act because I am frozen in fear. I commit myself to overcome fear and express myself in a cool way.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that opportunities for self-expression within what’s best for all may come few and far between and this is because I am part of the whole, all that is here, and therefore there are limited opportunities which will best fit me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to take for granted moments-as-opportunities for self-expression.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear self-expression.

When and as I see myself fearing self-expression, I stop and I breathe. I see, realize, and understand that self-expression needn’t hold me back, but rather it is a cool opportunity to expand / within myself. I commit myself to utilize opportunities for cool self-expression in a way that’s best for all.

This is really cool stuff!

Sadness has been a point for myself that i've had a really challenging time even acknowledging. Been working on it. It's something i created a sort of wall up around.

Ironically - it's so much more pleasant to actually face the music of our internal reality...so that we can function in a most optimum way.

I had some ego points to work out with sadness...where it was initially offensive to me in my mind to even identify the experience of myself as sadness..
