Running takes determination to push oneself forward with every step and regular training is needed to keep up with one’s stamina.

She recommended her to have one/two sessions at a faster pace, one/two sessions for the recovery sessions and ending the week with a longer run.
Running is a good exercise but we must not push ourselves to the point of injury.
