Eating healthy would be such a great idea with this easy low carb๐Ÿ˜ƒ cabbage wraps recipe. You can totally rock this on a budget too. These cabbage wraps are so yummy๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ with simple everyday ingredients. Let's get started, you will need:

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage
Beef (you can use any proteins of your choice)
Sweet corn
Green chilli pepper
Fried plantain
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Carrots
Paprika (optional)
Red chilli pepper
Seasoning
Vegetable oil
Salt
Lime (optional)

PROCEDURE
marinate your beef and set aside(i used chili pepper, paprika and seasoning)
Fry your diced plantain

Transfer to kitchen tissue
Stir fry your marinated beef for 3-4 minutes. This depends on the quantity you are using

TIME TO ASSEMBLE IN A BOWL
add your beef
Grated carrot
Fried plantain
Chopped onions

Mix together your mayonnaise on a separate bowl
Add ketchup, mix together

If you want a softer texture of the cabbage, you can blench for a minutes or 2, totally up to you
I didn't blench this though
Fill cabbage wraps with mixture and there u go
You can press lime juice on it, it gives it a great taste
