2개월 전

Vitamin D rich products can be found in any supermarket or a local grocery store near your neighborhood. Typically, vitamin D enters the human body in the form of the synthesis of solar energy through the skin. But in the modern world, where many people spend endless hours indoors, exposure to sunlight, unfortunately, is becoming limited & hence it becomes imperative that we start having Vitamin D rich foods.

And this fact can be the main cause of many diseases, including depression.
Some people who follow a natural vegetarian diet mainly consume vitamin D3 or the famous Japanese shiitake mushrooms. In addition, vegetarians are required to receive a daily charge of sunlight. Based on this, the question arises - what foods contain vitamin D in its purest form? The following is a list of these products, and it is recommended for those who are on a lean or vegetarian diet. Undoubtedly, their consumption is considered to be very good for health.

Top 5 Vitamin D Products

1. Japanese Shiitake mushrooms and bicuspid champignons

Surprisingly, dried shiitake mushrooms have a very high level of vitamin D. This may be due to the fact that these mushrooms absorb a lot of sunlight. Shiitake is also rich in B, like B1 and B2. Before you eat mushrooms, you need to make sure that they are dried in the sun, and not using artificial apparatus. Thus, you can get useful substances in full.

2. Mackerel

Mackerel (the mackerel family) contains a lot of omega 3 fatty acids and, of course, a large amount of vitamin D and B12, which will provide the body with 90% of the recommended daily intake. This will provide the body with essential fatty acids that the human body is not able to produce on its own.

3. Sockeye salmon (salmon) & Other Fishes

A small portion of cooked salmon will give 90% of the recommended dietary intake of vitamin D. When buying salmon, you must make sure that it has been caught in natural conditions, and if not, then carefully processed.

Sardines are one of the best sources of vitamin D. Only one small tin can of sardines will provide the human body with approximately 70% of the required daily diet. These small canned fish are a rich source of both B12, omega 3 fatty acids, protein and selenium.

5. Eggs

Eggs are another tasty and nutritious source containing small amounts of vitamin D. The daily consumption of one egg will be approximately 10% of the required amount. The best thing is undoubtedly to eat homemade eggs, and not those that undergo various processing at the poultry farm.
