I like low stress training more then a scrog because you are still able to move the plants around. But i don't like the fact that stems will bounce back a little bit when being bent. LST takes a lot of time and effort because of that. After searching online i found a product called plant bends. This seems like a good solution, it will make the stem grow in an angle and they are reusable/removable.

In my opinion these are very underrated because it's a handy and cheap tool. I see most people use wires for low stress training but i find that taking much more effort then with this stem bending tool.
