客家酿油豆腐

大家好,今天我又来给大家介绍一款家常菜式,那就是客家酿油豆腐。

其实这道菜算是懒人菜了,只要把肉馅剁好,然后把买回来的油豆腐,挖口子把馅放进去就行了。当然还得把填好的油豆腐放入锅中,加入适量温开水,煮至水将干,然后加入适量蚝油和生抽就可以啦!

听起来是不是很简单呢?吃起来味道不错哦!而且肉好多,满满的幸福感哈!
